god I hate myself. up to 110-115.

33 days till prom, I NEED to fit into my size 0 prom dress which is feeling a little tight. I can fit into it when I’m like 105, but I’d like to look foxy.

I can’t do this anymore. I can’t binge on fast food and sugar anymore. I’m so upset and frustrated with myself. starting a 21 day cleanse tomorrow. I can do this. I CAN DO THIS. 

Not losing weight. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong!

1000-1100 calories a day (my bmr is only 1200 sooo it’s definitely in a healthy range), and I’m eating like 145-160 grams carbs, and at least 100 grams protein. I do at least 30 minutes of cardio each day and then I also lift for 30-45 minutes!
I’ve plateaued at 102 for the past week and it’s really bothering me!! Any suggestions??

total was like 1114 and I did a 5 mile run.

Bought my prom dress in a size zero today

Score! But I need to look really hot in it. I think I want to be like 95 pounds by prom? I have until may and I’m like 102 right now. I just need to survive my 2 week trip to France. Hmm. Anyways this will definitely be a good motivator to get super fit and then stay fit by summer. Doing the Jamie Eason live fit right now and I really dig it. Going to add in 6 sets of 12 push ups each day so I can really start to define my shoulders and chest.

I can’t stop binging.

it’s horrible. I went from 99 pounds to 107 in almost a week of binging and then my normal eating habits, more binging than health eating. I’m sort of freaking out right now. I kind of feel like I’m slipping back and it’s scaring me. What should I do???

I hate myself right now.

for breakfast I had a protein bar on the go

for lunch I had a slice of cake

somewhere around three I had chipotle

I weighed 100 pounds a couple days ago, I just weighed in at 107. what the fuck. what is wrong with me. why am I so addicted to sugar? I just lose myself for weeks on end.

To make matters worse I’m going on a camping trip sunday/monday where I won’t have any control of what I eat.

I’m so wanting to go on a fast tomorrow because I’m SO disgusted with myself and my body.

I’m developing a binging disorder and I don’t know what to do.
